Sport Aegis is a Closed System (Vetted Members), populated by Sports Organizations & Members, insuring confidentiality, safety, and anonymity.

 

Sport Aegis Provides up to two hours of assessment and resolution services for Sports Organizations as part of Basic Membership Benefits, (interpersonal incidents, including injury) that Schools, Organizations, Coaches, Athletes, Parents, Owners, Administrators, Staff occasionally face in the course of Junior and Adult Sports.  In most cases, both parties will be associated with your organization, thus covered by Sport Aegis.

All Sports Participants have exposure to potential accusations and actions, whether founded or unfounded, that must be intelligently understood and clarified prior to any potential complaint or response.  Once a Complaint is made to a Club or Sports Organization, both the Complainant and the recipient of the Complaint has limited recourse with individual Sports or School Organizations in regards to how to proceed, and limited clarification on rights or methods on how to proceed other than spending $5-$10,000 for representation for each party.

 

Sport Aegis fills the gap when Sports Organizations are prevented from assisting members (during disputes). Founded by Sports Professionals and Sports Attorneys to act as a guidance buffer between Sports Organizations and the increasing behavioral Complaints requiring  both fielding conflict incidents, accusations, and dispute resolution issues between individuals, Athletes, Parents, Coaches and Staff.

 

Sports Aegis provides an Information Service that assists both the Accuser and the Accused in a Neutral Space that includes Option Actions and a Conflict Resolution Mediator Option, to heal amenable parties. 

 

Examples of many Types of complaints that Sport Aegis regularly fields range from "Poor Sportsmanship", "Athlete Behavior", "Coach Behavior" to "Bullying" (Parents, or Athletes, or Coaches), "Inappropriate Touching", "Assault", "Sexual Misconduct" and many more unique situational complaints.  

 

Sports Aegis simply Assesses Facts, Provides Direct Options and Solutions, and encourages resolution scenarios.  In more serious encounters or accusations, information is provided on next step actions, which may include identification of one of over 2,500 highly specialized attorneys across the US, who are best fitted for an individual or organization's particular sport and/or type of dispute/complaint, both locally, regionally or pertaining to multiple states.
